Pretty sure name customization is exactly what most paying players pay for.

Full customization is exactly that. I've taken flack for stating if a player paid for full customization they should also be able to do so in any league they play in, including in leagues that prevent it.

Until there is a product that permits me access to what I bought, I will not buy.
I sure hope player name changes are reintegrated ASAP in ALL leagues.

Customers paying for full customization and not getting and/or being limited in their full customization, paid subscription is fraud. False advertising.

I will not pay JDB for anything any league owner can deny me access to.
Admins should never be allowed to prevent a customer from the access they paid for.

I'd prefer no renames of draft players during the draft, but afterwards, sure.

I used to honor these requests but I just went to rename my XFL rookies and can't do it. The rename button has already disappeared. It's still there in USFL so you can during the draft but now I don't know if we can rename between end of draft and start of LFA 1. I can find that out in a few days by keeping an eye out in USFL but as of now, you can not rename rookies once LFA 1 runs.

My suggestion is to go back to allowing renaming up until training camp starts.

I have found you can only rename players during the draft. I used to honor "do not change name during the draft" but that's when you were able to change names after the draft until Training Camp. I would like to see that happen again.

In XFL, I just noticed the rename option was back, just in time for training camp tonight.

I would appreciate it if someone could make all the timeline, for changing the names of players, before training camp begins. The AFL just had the draft and, because I had so many appointments yesterday, I was unable to name my players before the draft ended. Could someone please make the cutoff, for naming players, be at training camp? Thanks!

Pretty sure you have to rename them before the end of round 7 of the draft - could be wrong - but pretty sure.

That's the way I remember it also. That's why I'm hoping they can return it to that so owners won't be changing names during the draft. (guilty just because I may forget. LOL)))
