Can we please go back to the depth chart from the old UI?
Same with player sorting by scroll bar.
Seeing ONLY players at DE while wanting ALL my players of the D line is incredibly cumbersome. Same for the O line and DBs.
Same with the draft.
Positional sorting within the depth chart - an absolute necessity - is atrociously ineffective, time consuming and unnecessarily changed from the ease of use, ease of placement the old interface had.
Only Left guards instead of my entire O line shown when sorting players for drag and drop into depth chart, draft room, overrides, etc.
PREPOSTEROUS.
Especially when we could do such things with ease in the old UI.

Only showing players of a position instead of showing all OL, all DL, all DBs is a gnarly inconvenience when it comes to both the depth chart and the draft.

Also, I would like to see the font reduced so I can see my entire O/D players/positions as we could do instead of the massive scrolling on all formats we now have.

The new depth chart interface is incredibly cumbersome on PC, tablet, and phones.

There were so many things that worked very well in the old UI for the user that have been abandoned in the new UI.
The most glaring places are within the draft room, the depth chart, and the player lists (FAs and whatnots).
Player sorting just sux now, no matter where one must sort players.

PLayer sorting did not sux before.

WHile I'm at it, the font on player cards must be increased.
I can't read them on my phone - not one bit.
FIle under problems we did not have in the old UI.

The new UI is pretty awesome as far as what it offers and how it looks.
BUt so many things that worked - and worked well- have been thrown out for progress.

I keep thinking "we've thrown out the baby with the bathwater."

Last and really important:
Please for the phone: correct the page display to size.
There's a buku ton o' space to the users right.
Enough so the pop up displays (eg player cards) quickly move out of view and require repositioning to see the entire player card.
Toss in finger zooming to see that player card and suddenly everything is just more work than it ever used to be.

The old interface would restack to the left. Not sure why the new interface does not. Definitely sure I'm tired of dragging player cards and manually zooming to see player card info on my phone.

Yeah, I DID just get new glasses.
Even with my cheaters I have to zoom player cards on my phone. It's a Pixel 9a. No way should I have to do that. I borrowed my friends iphone17, same font and page size displacement issues.

I still can not sort players by team on the trading block.

Numerous links in the master menu do not offer a "open in new tab" function.

EDIT: ...in any format and from any device.
Adjusted zoom on my pc to 90%. Somewhat better. Fixing the depth chart layout - to get m entire OL on the same line - was my goal.

Depth chart - regardless of zoom minimalization, continues to separate LT from the rest of the OL in Depth chart.
The entire OL should be on the same "line" withing the depth chart page, as it was in the old UI.
Break my OL, break my thought chain.
It's an ease of use issue. The break *breaks* the users ability to think of the OL depth as a cohesive unit, especially in setting the depth chart for the OL.
It sure does for me, anyway!
Line 1: qb, rb, fb, te, wr
line 2: all OL

The free agent logic is wonky! How does it work, now? Recently, I unexpectedly won a coveted free agent:

1. I beat out a gaggle of 5-year contracts, so obviously that is a piece of conventional wisdom that is no longer wise.
2. I overcame a deficit of over $200M, so obviously money is no object.

I'm not at all sad at winning out on this thing, but I have no idea how it happened. I was originally taking a desultory potshot at this guy, thinking there was no way I could win. Is the length of the contract such an overpowering factor that it overcomes everything else?

I would like to know the secrets of the new UI as well.

The only thing I can think of is, maybe the 8-year threshold is really powerful. I know that the bonus demands of aging players get truly obscene. Maybe it has something to do with that.

Maybe, maybe not.

If there has been a chance (no idea i there has or hasn't), I like that the community hasn't worked things out yet.
