Unable to offer a trade between long time MFN team owners...

I have been discussing a trade with a veteran team owner of many years experience in MFN via Private Message. I decided to go ahead and offer the trade. However, the other team does not appear in the trading drop-down box despite the fact that the team owner has been on the platform for years. Does anyone have any idea why this would be occurring? (ENFL League, aka Gridiron Old School Heroes League; Teams = Bengals and Chiefs)
