Click on a player, the plyer card comes up - hasn't it always been like that?
On that card is a heart icon which shows health.
View would be available from the drop down on the player card, taking you to the player page.

at the bottom of the page said view, its not there now

It was replaced with clicking the player name. It is quicker to get the player card up (one click instead of two), but will take a few days/weeks to get used to.
