So that it isn't rich get richer, every team gets 10 points to improve offensive players and 10 more for defensive/st players - k, p at the start of a new season. 20 total. Only attributes you can't enhance is speed and acceleration since people would go bonkers. Lol

I'd rather that improvement be tied into a better modelling of coaches, if I'm honest.

Just seems a bit gimmicky and makes it easier to game the engine somewhat.
