I've asked about this in Discord and JDB said we should be able to rename rookies up until training camp starts.

Great, I like that, except that's not the case for my 2 leagues USFL and XFL. Both leagues are currently in late free agency with training camp coming soon, yet the rename option is not there. It's not just me either, one other USFL owner says he can't rename now either.
