Hey folks, relatively new here and upon trying to join a league, seemingly any league, I get this message about acknowledging the beta test form, but I do not see said form anywhere.

Should only be present on MFN-TEST.

Which league are you trying to join?

Try clearing your browser cache. Sometimes that resolves issues.

I saw that message when I tried to join the CFL. I never could join the league because of that.

Yeah, can see that - I'd not clicked on become owner on the second screeen. Reporting it as a priority.
