Will wait the end of season to see the winner, and pay whit PayPal. You don't send money you don't start next season, many few will not pay , just less for the winner, but still good bonus.
Can put rule like : 2 worst team cut
Trade / pick limited. Can have no more of 3 1 round in 2 years... Not more of 2 , 2 round pick each year and 3 tree round pick each year
