believe it was mentioned before....but please dont change the schedule to 17 games. 16 is perfect

or leave it an option for the admin of each league

17 games is dumb

17 games, byes reflects current NFL, which was the aim.

I think the point is the current NFL is dumb, and 18 games (when it comes) will be even dumber. 16 was the sweet spot.

JDB has always positioned this as a realistic sim following NFL. As a result, 17 games + bye weeks will happen.

If it's customizable remains to be seen, but I'd be very surprised, because then JDB would have to manage at least two different schedulers - 16 games, 17 + bye. with 18 games + byes to follow if that gets adopted.

Why have BYES though? I get it in NFL, of course humans need a bye week or 2 but our players are just bits of code and don't need bye weeks. 16, 17, 18, idc just don't want bye weeks.

Again, models the real life NFL.

Always benefits to the bye weeks - extra time for analysis, injury recovery.

I'd draw the line at overseas games though, as should NFL.
