I hired a new DC in free agency period 1, and someone poached them in period 4. How does it make any sense that someone can poach them so soon? Now I get screwed in the same off season on someone I had just hired?

Yeah it's pretty ridiculous, didn't even get to use a coach I had just hired. Hopefully they can fix this because now I have to scrap the bottom of the barrel when I was in pretty good position and thought I'd be set for at least one season.

That's definitely a bug, you shouldn't lose a coach in the same year you signed him. I'll investigate why that happened.

I have returned him to your team. The offers were made by all AI teams because the check for the contract had an error in it ... I have fixed this bug and patched all versions. Let me know if you see anything like this again!
