In your game plan, click on "view plays" below the quadrant - I did a quick check and quickly found quadrants that you have no active plays because you don't have any run plays that match the personnel you have in the same quadrant. If this happens, the AI will randomly choose a play from your active plays since it cannot find one based on your game plan settings.

I have two run play when i look but is only own 0-25 and in the game most of the time they play pass.
But my mistake for the rest

You passed on the second play of the game but that's second down, I see your two plays on first down but not second down.
