Depends on the person. actually if he is trying to get a HC job in college i think the game accepts it much faster at the low level college football area (eastern kentucky types ) awhile if he wants a major one (like Texas types) i guess the game decides who gets the position especially if there are a lot of people trying to get it unless like that game has commonissioners of each conference regardless of football level that picks the coaches which i didnt know about when i tried to play that game.
