I would like a tab so we can see what offers we have made so we know when we have to make new offers. I offered a head coach job and don't know if the offer was rejected or still ongoing.

If you hover over the "My Teams" tab, you'll find "Pending Contracts" in the drop-down menu. If you click on that you'll be taken to a page that lists all contracts you've offered to both players and coaches.

If you click on the "Transactions" heading in your team page, you can set filters to show signings and contract rejections.
