You want that to happen more. DT #2s start in some formations. I'd look into it more as you could create a competitive advantage there. :)

Yeah I agree, it's nice to have that as part of your rotation. As I said I think it adds a level of realism that would otherwise be tough for this game to mimic. I'm already scouring my leagues to see if I have any safeties with those kind of attributes.

actually here is the thing i NEVER tried to gain advantage when i did this.

reason i had him there is when i do run defense for DTS i see all run defense for everyone and i put people there that way.

like for example if i have 9 people with 100 rush defense i will go thru each players profile to see if they are a starter at another position and if they arent i will put them at DT though i do make mistakes so thats why i must have my starter FS at DT though at #2.

I've had that but not to that extent. Fumble into a fumble since the defender had poor avoid fumble.

Almost like that high school clip I saw from last weekend where the kid picks a pass and keeps running the same direction the receiver did until one of his teammates dives and tackles him at the goal line. He was even upset he didn't get in until it finally clicked that he was going the wrong way...
