Setting up pass or run: does that mean a different def play is chosen therefore? So let's say I had pass 100% what affect does that have?

be careful with that screen if you have run/pass too high with neutral low there is a high probability of consistently giving up big yardage when the offense calls a play opposite to what you have set (ie run when you focus on pass, pass when you focus on run)
does not affect what play is called it changes your players focus neutral - no change run - players will pay more attention to the HB and FB and in zone will cheat towards the line of scrimage pass - players will pay more attention to the WRs and TEs and in zone will cheat towards the receivers

in zone defense a defender is responsible for a certain area of the field "cheat" means he will be closer to one edge instead of staying in the center of his zone
