I cannot find my coaches and I have looked every spot am I missing where they are located?

On your "My Team" page, on the right hand side you'll see your schedule. Select the tab directly above it labeled "Coaching Staff" to see your coaches.

Edited to add: You can also do a "Coach Search" and filter for it to only show your team's coaches.

One of my first Jobs was to lock up my coaching staff. I now find that I want to head in a different direction and want to appoint different roles within the team, as there is no button I'm guessing that this isn't possible until either they are in their last year or I fire them and re-hire them, with obvious risk of poaching, can some one confirm this please?

You can promote your coaches at any time within your own organization - but you will in turn fire the coach at the position. You cannot move a position coach laterally or demote him without first firing him (by replacing him with another coach) and, yes, risking another team hiring him.

I have no 'Contract button' for some of my MFN-1 coaches so cannot extend their contracts, I'm guessing this is because its the same rule as with players, they are now on a 1 year contract?

Yes, you can't renegotiate a coach in the first year of his contract.

I'm new the MFN and appreciate the forums as they help newbies learn the game. With that being said, how do you try to lure a position coach to your team either as a coordinator or HC?

During early free agency you can sign any other team's coach as long as it's a promotion and they did not just sign a new contract.

A promotion is only hire a coordinator to HC, or i can give more money for a HC in other team to be my HC?
