What are your guys' views on teams tanking? If you don't have a team that could contend, what steps would you recommend rather than resorting to tanking to turn the team around quicker? When trading away players, what is the cut off age wise between able to help when team is good again and will be past prime so better to trade to contenders now?

How much does the weight play apart in determining OL/DL worth? If you have a 290 DT and a 303 DT with the exact same ratings will their be a big difference and if so where?
