What is the one position that you guys think is the most important to building a winning team? Which is the most over rated?

Talk about the Development Roadmap..maybe discuss a few of the "what's next" vote getters. pros/cons and just your overall opinion about the changes being eventually implemented and what this could do for the sim.

Also would like to see you guys maybe discuss Game planning. What plays work..what plays generally don't and how you would personally prepare for a game day.
