I'd like to see this done via the Rules options.

For example:

Action: Sub-In Backups
Score: Up by X or more
Score: Down by X or more
Time: Less than X to go in X quarter

Then, you could have another rule:

Action: Sub-In Starters
Score: Up by X or less
Time: Any

It would be even better if we could also have a filter for position group. Maybe I want to pull my QB, RB and WR, but leave my OL. Or maybe just pull the offensive starters and leave the defense.

I wouldn't want this personally. Seeing the way the AI handles the hurry up, clock managment, substitutions in pre-season, etc., I would prefer to be able to control this myself.

We really need something like this implemented. I just had my starting RB injured in the last minute of a blowout game. He shouldn't even have been in there.

Would love any option to take out starters

Would still love to have this option.

Another starter goes down with less than 2 minutes to go in a blow out.

It's only been 10 months since this was requested, but at least we got power rankings!.
