I hit on 7 of 8 picks in the Moguls 2023 season.

I always got a player with my picks.

Or what do you mean, really? Like if all boomed? If all had a useful grade afterwards?

My first draft: https://ags.myfootballnow.com/draft-history/results/KQDtgnG6f5HoIl2hzlniNKXBWv0TSXUe

The 3 free agents were two busts (useless to me) and a KR (Santos) that I decided I didn't want to keep. I got too many injuries and a return specialist wasn't the highest prio then. All others are 74+ future. I think that's a good haul.

Using Setherick's last weights (slightly modified) the future ratings are:

1-28: TE 88
2-28: RDE 81
2-30: RG 78
3-30: DT 75
4-28: RT 74
7-28: WLB 74

All minor busts or boomers (-3 to +3).

Like they BOOMED
But picking 10 players who boomed to the 60's in the 7th round... that would classify, but wouldn't be best draft, no?

Yes BOOMED apologies, and those are some good drafts. I’m in my first inaugural draft, and I’m
Just wondering how many of my picks I can expect to boom or bust. I drafted low vol in the first 6 rounds, but not always super low.

Good thing with inagural draft is if you balance it a bit, it doesn't hurt too much. Most players in their 4th/5th year and onwards still have good seasons left and won't change much (is my experience).

If you go full rookie, boom/bust can really impact you both ways though.

I’m going almost prime (4th, 5th year)
for most early picks so good I’m glad. Other than that I’m going young, and no older than 6. Do late round picks ever boom into superstars?
