My twin and I have been running errands for the sick and elderly, buying groceries and running to the pharmacy so they don't risk more exposure.

Good on you. Just be sure to sanitize everything before you bring the goods/go into their homes.

Also, any of you over the age of 60 check your local businesses. A lot of them are opening for special senior-only hours.
