The quarantine should be more than 2 weeks. A person can carry covid-19 for up to 15 days with no symptoms. Then the actual infection could last another week or more. So, 3 weeks bare-minimum, or a month if you really want to halt the spread.

Local cops took my gun collection into custody last year due to someone else's court case (which eventually got null proc'd). I'm 60 miles from New Orleans, which is one of the "epicenters" of covid-19 outbreak in the U.S. We are starting to see a lot of "squatter" types migrating in, likely trying to distance themselves from there.

My company has told all employees to expect to work remotely from home for "at least 6 to 8 more weeks". I'm expecting this to last longer than that.
