my hc is pass-focused, my offensive coordinator is pass-focused, my team runs at least 70% of the time ... is there any explanation?

Probably your gameplanning settings.

It's Roster only. There is NO gameplan setting.

@jhosep, pass focused HC does not mean that his calls will dominate passes. It's still random based and depends also on team struchture and opponents defense. Maybe after 3 or more seasons there will be more pass plays played.

This is the downside of Rosters Only. You have little control over the outcomes and are subject to the AI randomness. The upside is, they don't require as much time and gameplanning effort.

One constant in MFN is that the AI will make horrible decisions. RO leagues just exacerbate that.
