How do I go about changing coaches? Is there a certain time period when you can fire/hire coaches or am I just missing the option somewhere? I took over a team that has a couple of terrible coaches when compared to other teams.

You can hire a coach at any time, as long as he is not currenlty under contract with another team.

When you a hire a coach, your current coach for that position is automatically fired.

You an "steal" coaches from another team only during the Free Agent signing period at the beginning of the season, and only if you are offering them a promotion.

Pay for Coaches is not the same monies that is used for players (they're separate resources).

I would say weak, but you can verify by going to "my team" and selecting "gameplaning" then going to "Def plays". Ther you can click on any play and view the assignments of any postion.

I am in my first season, afther training camp all my rookie make progress, but the futur attribut of most of my rookie decline, why? Can i do something to stop this decline.?
