I agree with Morbid and War Eagle. A draft for coaches would be good but I don't like the idea of bidding on them.

Our rookie draft is 3 days now of 7 rds.If we draft a coaching staff of 12 rds. How many days are we even looking at?This goes back too wars point on bidding for coaches.It will take extra days on a coaching draft.That is even before the inaugural draft starts.We end up adding days too the first season.Would others be willing too go along with this type of an idea?Another thing also is how would we even pay the coaches?Would we be looking at a coaches paying scale like rookie drafts?1st coach taken overall gets x amount of guaranteed money and so forth down the line.
