I can't be bothered to figure out the adjustment speed settings...I just keep making sure it's 100 fatigue for QB, K and 60 for the rest - receive if I want to receive or defer if I want it that way. 100 points ahead and 2 minutes left to pull starters and I get out of there.
Upshot: I lock in the fatigue, receiving the ball and make sure I don't have my players being pulled at the end of the game as that wildly moves around....oh yeah and FG settings - I need to lock those. I can't even think about speed adjustment stuff with everything always moving.
I know it’s a long shot, but is it possible other players could change their settings and somehow it saves or duplicates on a different profile?
It does smell like that. Which would explain why I can't reproduce it locally.
You weren't far off. Turns out that is what was happening as an artifact with the data migration. Gotta love trying to migrate 15-year old code.
This should now be resolved. You'll want to check your misc gameplan settings, but they should not get messed up any more. Sorry it took so long to identify it. Thanks for you help in tracking it down!
Block plays includes a few screen passes that have never been selectable in the past. What are these plays?

It's been a long time since I made the playbooks, but I wonder if those plays were too powerful and so I removed them from all of the coachs' playbooks.

Well, we should add them back since the passing plays we have right now aren't great anyway. My suspicion is they were too powerful back when 100 speed and 100 break tackle basically made a player unstoppable.
