I cant get to old site anymore. Please tell me this new **** isnt the only option?

I asked in another thread and jdb said the old UI is gone for good now :(

This new site is slow, things dont load.

If the "new" MFN had been imposed on us from the start, there would have never been an "old" MFN. I'm not saying the old version should be around for freakin' ever, but the new one should work at least as well as the old one did. It is painfully obvious that the new version is receiving less attention than the old one and not more. If you were hoping for better, you are sadly mistaken. Now that I am paying to be treated this way, I am considerably more demanding than I was.

yeah new site is terrible. to bad this is still only game of its kind or id go somewhere else for sure

Switching over the new UI was a big reason I left MFN. Completely overhauling the site was unnecessary.

My understanding is that the old site is dead now, not because JDB shut it down, but because it was so outdated behind the scenes that it won't run anymore. If the new site wasn't created, there would be no site at all at this point.

I've been here for a number of years and own a team in every league, but I think I've reached the end. I've updated my subscription to remove the payment and will just go forward with the one free team.

I get the old site was becoming unworkable, but there's nothing about the new site that I would call an improvement: the old homepage was better, the old team page was better, the old draft war room was infinitely better (and worked), and so on. I've tried to adapt many, many times but it just doesn't flow the same, it isn't intuitive, and as much as I've put this off or tried to convince myself otherwise it just isn't working for me. Maybe it'll improve in due course, but I'm not about to continue paying for something I patently don't enjoy. Good luck to those who do.

The old site technically lacked clear client/server segregation in a number of places; the new ui was needed to allow that to be enforced going forwards.

New UI is growing on me, JDB clearly made the right call in that sorting the infrastructure of the game is more important long term; what time he has is clearly more important focusing on one ui than splitting it across two.

I understand all of that and why the old UI needed to be retired. I tried the new UI and didn't like it. Simple as that. I'm not going to pay for something I don't like.
