Now that the gameplan rules have been added to the play-by-play text, we can begin to report observed anomalies to show that gameplan rules are not always "firing" even when the gameplan rule conditions are all met.

Here is an example:

NFL League, 2045 season, week #13, Jets vs. Browns.

The Jets have an offensive gameplan rule called "SECOND DOWN (and 7 or 8 yards to go)" that is set up to activate in every possible game circumstance as follows:

Down: Second
Distance: 7 - 8 To Go
Location: Own 0 - Own 25, Own 25 - 50, 50 - Opp 25, Opp 25 - Opp 0
Quarter: First, Second, Third, Fourth, Overtime
Time: 15:00 - 0:00
Score: Down 29+ - Up 29+

This gameplan rule "fired" as appropriate in the 1st Quarter as all of the rule conditions were met (see below):

Offensive Play: Shotgun 2 RB 3 WR Shotgun Sweep

However, this same gameplan rule did not "fire" twice in the 2nd Quarter when it should have even though all gameplan conditions were still met. We know there was a failure because the play-by-play text does not show the gameplan rule. In these two occurrences shown below, all conditions of the gameplan rule are met but no gameplan rule is shown and random offensive plays were selected that are not plays from the rule had it "fired" properly:

There are several other similar anomalies in this same game but I will provide just this one as a starting point for discussion.
