Looks like it. I think the tackle was made by #50, the LB. Enough contact made that it threw the receiver off balance and he stumbled back until he fell down. So forward progress dictates that the tackle was made two yards downfield.

How did the QB throw it? He threw it like 20 facing backwards!!
