Agreed. I would settle for this, but I just want one PA naked boot or one QB designed draw play. Just one. Preferably the draw because running outside sucks.

I really don't understand why owners can't get this to work.
If your HBs are getting tackled for a loss over and over, why do you think that is? I'm not going to spell it out, work it out for yourselves, but it really isn't broken.

I spent a good deal of time trying to get it to work and could never get it to work consistently, so I just took outside runs out altogether. I figure if I can average >5 ypc up the middle, I don't need to worry about boom-bust plays that mostly bust. The sucky thing about outside runs is that they very rarely work consistently. And really consistency is what I value most in an offense.
