The MLB was the closest , but nobody has the flats for this defensive call. This is one of those zone that is broke or it crowds the middle too much. The FS should have been somewhere near that ball to the to the wr2, but both plays he drifts to the middle . The LDE seems not to go outside the TE/slot even though he's the closest man to disrupt the pass to the slot. Pretty buggy imo

Granted a LB with no coverage assignment, due to the FB staying in to block, was in position to make a play still got beat . Using similar plays with that FB going out in the flats really opens the middle up for a man coverage iso
