Now, I can not match the highest offer LA has offered of 109,382,562 for six years. I can only offer a max bid of 99,710,819 for six years. Why is that?

You can change your bids by adding value to the base manually.

shhhh that guy is already going to be hard enough to sign :P

I don't see why everyone in the league insists on max bidding a LB.

With is weight he could transition to Safety without much issue.

I'm not even bidding on him currently. I just wondered what was up with the numbers.

Fair enough. But I already have a 95+ SS.

This really needs to be looked at to level the playing field, I had 75% signing bonus and the absolute max I could offer manually for every season on a Free Agent in MFN19, yet somehow someone else was allowed to offer 2 dollars more where I wasn't and another team (Los Angeles) wasn't. There's something weird going on here with how the max dollar amount is being enforced differently for different owners.

The garbage part about this is the game allowed you to offer 2 more dollars than me and Los Angeles. Would be nice to be able to compete evenly for free agents when it's a max deal.

yea what it was is, it was saying i couldn't offer more than x amount for each year when that was what i was offering so i dropped it to $1 below then played around with the manual input for a bonus (entered $3 more since i had 3 years that were 1 dollar below what it said the max was) and it worked.

My guess is this issue is some kinda of rounding issue.

I don't get spending so much for a LB free agent when LBs are so under powered in the game. Crowder is a 60 tackle LB. His strongest position could be SS, which would necessitate spending high since SS are actually powered correctly in the game. But until LBs are consistently getting 100 tackles, any Joe Schmo with decent SP and decent tackle can play LB as effectively as a 95+ LB.
