To those who wanted to know why I spent what I did on Crowder, 1. He's a great player 2. I have plenty of cap room 3. I don't have a 1st round pick this year and when my 2nd comes up talent will be lower than I want since we had a huge drop in talent in our draft this year in 19

I get it. I'd put a max bid on a punter if 1) I had the cap space and 2) it would make the team better.

There was no need to explain, we know most teams are flush with cap space and are going to do what they can to improve their team.

Agreed. Even though I wouldn't max bid an LB until LBs can actually, you know, tackle, I understand bidding up a player if you have the need.
It seems there is still a Bug with the max offer. In MFN-31,after the first day of Free Agency the 2 best Players are still available. So you can take a look at the max offers. The Players are Nathan Goodwin (MLB) , and Abdul Rushing (LT). The max offer for me is $94,962,685/6yr, but somehow Houston is able to offer $98,136,199/6yr. This must be a Bug since the sliders are all the way to the right. And i am not able to increase my offer manually, without getting an Offer Exceeds maximum message.

You are only hitting the max for the first year, you can manually edit the base salary of the rest of the contract.
