I too am dealing with a litany of issues on new UI.

It seems to not load the same every time is I find times when I’m in community forum and main menu doesn’t provide an option for other pages. Logging into I often get an error.

JDB please do something or else I feel you’ve rendered this unplayable in the near term. This is very clunky feeling, seems regressed compared to old UI as far as the flow.

I'm going to figure out where the disconnect is in the logic. The game engine ultimately guards the contract values, so even if you manage to submit an invalid contract offer the player will reject it. But I need to make sure the front-end has the correct guards on it.

I'm going to follow your steps and see if I can reproduce the 75% error when it's not 75%. I couldn't earlier today but that was before your post with instructions to reproduce what you were experiencing.

Please figure out the disconnect in logic of site parity. You told us there would be parity. Now we are at the new UI and you have seemingly failed us.

Please progress the site asap, I feel this is no longer playable. If I’d have paid, I’d feel hoodwinked.

Where in the heck has everybody been over the past several months? If you are in shock right now, it is your own dang fault. I've been feeling like I've been the only one actually consistently testing and commenting on the UI throughout the process. You have had months to both get used to it, and to point out your issues to get them fixed before this point where you are forced to use it. You chose not to, and now you deal with it.

warrior462, thanks for your post. Appreciated.

This is why I posted so many times (to the point of group annoyance) on the issue of the broken contract system in the new UI, asking the community to weigh in because I couldn't get it to work. You picked up on that thread and saved us on that issue with your great step by step explanation of how to set a contract extension after the formula(s) were fixed.

It looks like there were just too many things that were not anticipated or fully tested in the transition to the new UI. All leagues should probably pause until all functions become usable.

If we can't return to the old website, can the banner be removed?

In general I haven't been playing the new UI because for being new, it feels 20 years old. There is to much wasted space especially in mobile devices.

For something like the depth chart, I don't understand why we can't have things like a clean functional grid. Or why literally every screen takes up three times as much space as it feels like it should?

Even composing this, I can't get the reply buttons on the same view size as the format buttons which I don't need to be visible unless I want them. The giant cancel button should be a small x in the top right and the reply should be in the bottom right.

There is a lot of that that doesn't conform to modern mobile design or website design.

Override is available in mobile, not working on desktop - the selector box is present, no field displayed below.

My job and family take precedent over JDB grandiose ideas that he is not even willing to test.

I do appreciate those who have feedback so far. Multiple owners made it known the new UI was not good a year ago when it was first displayed. Nothing changed so no one fed back. What’s the point when your feedback is not taken seriously. That feedback should have instantly been the most imperative feedback.

It's a difficult one, if the site was making enough money, then JDB could've got people in to work on it.

I think the new UI is functional enough to work, with caveats obviously. I think keeping the old one running just stretches his time; hopefully fixes will occur asap.
